Dr. Dan Irizarry, MD

Dr. Dan Irizarry, MD, graduated from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, F Edward Hebert School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland in 1997. Trained in family medicine at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, he is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. With 26 years of active duty Army service, his military career included providing full spectrum health care for military families, supervising Army clinics, leading casualty care systems during combat operations, supporting flight operations as an Army flight surgeon and training Department of Defense and this nation’s Allies through medical simulation. Dr. Irizarry is passionate about saving lives through holistic health care that addresses mind, body and spiritual health issues. An expert in medical training and simulation, he is certified as an instructor in both Advance Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Life Support and is a member of the Special Operations Medical Association. He has special interest in the efficacy of essential oils and natural solutions and complementary medical options as an adjunct to traditional health care.  Dan spends his free time with his seven children and wife, plays guitar and piano and attends a local Christian church.

Suzan M. Weis, MS, ANP, BC


Suzan has over 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, working in the fields of clinical research, urgent care, and internal medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree, Magna cum Laude, from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL, then graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa with a Masters of Science and a Nurse Practitioner degree. She is board certified in Adult Medicine.





Lydia K. Marsham MS, BS, PA-C

Lydia has over 13 years of experience as a certified Physician Assistant in the practice of Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. Additionally, she has 15 years of experience as a Combat Medical Specialist in the United States Army National Guard. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant from Nova South Eastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Medical Sciences, Nova South Eastern Univ. Fort Lauderdale FL, a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences/Preprofessional Biology, Florida Institute of Technology Melbourne FL, and lastly a Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Sciences, University of Central Florida. She was awarded The Army Achievement Medal after 9/11 for support of “Operation Safe Skies” at Fort Lauderdale International Airport. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the American Society of Clinical Pathologist. Finally, in her free time she tries to remain healthy by exercising and spending time cooking with her husband and two daughters.
