Pilot Medical Certification

In order to obtain a medical certificate you must be examined by an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner (AME). To apply for and obtain your medical certificate:

  • Visit MedXPress to complete the initial portion of the application.
  • Request an appointment. Presently, we offer Class 2 and Class 3 and plan to add Class 1 in the upcoming months.
  • At your scheduled appointment, you will need your FAA License and your MedXpress Confirmation number.
  • Once your medical examination is complete and if you meet the required medical standards, the AME will issue you a medical certificate.

Use our online request form or call (407) 767- 0009 to schedule your flight physical today with Aviation Medical Examiner Dr. Dan Irizarry, MD.
